CMLFNE's policy is to respect and protect the privacy of every user of our Web sites. This policy statement tells you how we collect information from you and how we use it. User Contact Information
CMLFNE's Web sites may use registration forms, subscription agreements, surveys, contests and other information gathering forms that request users of the Web sites to provide information about themselves such as their name, e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number and demographic information. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, the Site shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Madison or Dave County, Wisconsin. You and CMLFNE agree to submit to the jurisdiction of, and agree that venue is proper in, these courts in any such legal action or proceeding.
