Do I need to have cellular coverage to use an e-BuckCam?

Yes, you must have digital cellular coverage.

The e-BuckCam transmits at 8 times the output power of normal cellular phones, so signal strength is usually greater even at the edge of coverage area.

Do I need to sign a cellular contract?

No. Once you sign up your credit card will be billed monthly. Also prepaid cards are available.

How easy is it to set up?

VERY simple. Just screw or strap the mounting bracket to a solid mounting area such as a tree, post, door frame, etc. Slide the e-BuckCam onto the mounting bracket. Hook up the solar charger. Use the Key to turn the e-BuckCam On. A light will come on in the front and glow AMBER It will then Blink AMBER while it contacts the web site and gets new settings, If there is signal it will turn Green, if there is no signal it will turn Red No Light = No Power (your battery is dead, let it charge).

What is "Picture on Demand"

"Picture-on-Demand" allows you to take a picture right from your private web site. Simply mouse click the "Take a Picture" button and within 2 minutes a picture will post you're your webpage.

How do I know when it took pictures?

The e-BuckCam will send a notification to an e-mail anywhere in the world to notify you that you have e-BuckMail. Then simply log on to e-BuckMail.com to view your pictures.

How many pictures does it take?

Your e-BuckMail account allows you to store up-to 3000 pictures. Plus free on-line management allows you to create files for sorting.

What is the resolution of the pictures?

The e-BuckCam takes a 1.3 Megapixel picture

What if someone steals my e-BuckCam?

Anyone who steals an e-BuckCam will not be able to view any pictures. Only your secure login allows viewing on the website. The e-BuckCam becomes useless to anyone who steals it.

I only want to use it during hunting season.

You may deactivate your camera at any time. There are two options.

1. - Suspend your camera activation and save the pictures on your web site, continue to have login access, and stay eligible for givaways and prizes. $10 per month (your camera will not send pictures during this time)
2. - Discontinue service on camera. All of the pictures and albums will be deleted and your login will be suspended. A reactivation fee of $50 will be charged when you restart your camera next year.

What if I buy multiple cameras?

Multiple cameras can all be viewed under your private login. Just click on the camera you want to view and enjoy the pictures.

What is my warranty?

How does it work?

The e-BuckCam captures a photo and sends it over a high-speed cellular network to a private website for viewing. You will be notified by e-mail that you have e-BuckMail waiting for you.

How do I setup my eBuckCam?

Your e-BuckCam comes with everything you need to start receiving pictures. Simply activate the camera on-line and set it up in your favorite location and enjoy pictures anywhere you can view the world wide web.

Can I use the eBuckCam year-round?

Yes. If your done tracking those bigs bucks for the season, put it at your cabin for security.
